The printer doesn't offer the ability to change router and I can't find out how to do it on the desktop.Ĭan anyone help? I am so frustrated, I am about to throw the priner away and buy a new one! However, my original HP print driver doesn't work with the later OS and HP (it appeas) does not any longer supply a printer driver for the Deskjet 3000 J310. I had hoped that by going through the original set up procedure, I would be able to switch my router preference. I have tried changing the primary router back to Netgear, but I think I have reset the printer back to factory settings, so nothing works. I assume it is because it was origianlly connected to my Netgear Router and now can't find the router. Since then, my wireless printer doesn't work. My Negear router is still connected to the Time Machine. They talked me through changing my Time Capsule to be the primary router. I have an Airport Time Capsule and after upgrading my OS a few months ago, I contacted Apple to help me solve the fact that Time Machine wasn't working.
